Cookie & Consent Policy

Analytics stays off until you choose to allow it

Last Updated: August 3, 2026

This policy explains the cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies used by Bondi. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. Essential storage

Bondi uses browser storage that is required to provide security, authentication, preferences, or a choice you requested. Essential technologies can include:

Name or categoryPurposeTypical duration
color-themeRemembers light or dark appearanceUntil removed
bondi_cookie_consent_v1Remembers whether analytics was allowedUntil removed or the consent version changes
Authentication and security tokensKeeps an app session secure, verifies requests, and prevents abuseSession or the stated login period
Load-balancing or infrastructure security dataRoutes and protects requestsSession or short-lived

Exact cookie names can change when an authentication or infrastructure provider changes. Essential storage is not used for targeted advertising.

2. Optional analytics

The marketing website can use Google Analytics to understand aggregate page visits and navigation. The Google Analytics script is not loaded and analytics storage remains denied until you select Allow analytics.

After consent, Google Analytics may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish browser visits and maintain analytics state. Their duration and operation are controlled by Google’s current service configuration. Bondi configures this property for product and website measurement, not third-party targeted advertising.

Bondi does not currently load Mixpanel or advertising pixels on the marketing site.

3. Changing your choice

Use Cookie settings in the footer to reopen the choice. Selecting Essential only updates Google Consent Mode to deny analytics storage. You can also clear the site’s cookies and local storage in your browser.

If analytics cookies were already created, your browser settings can remove them immediately. Google also provides a browser-level Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Where applicable law requires it, Bondi also treats a supported Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out from sale or sharing. Bondi does not sell personal information.

4. Customer applications and integrations

The Bondi app and customer-built Portals use essential session and security technologies. A customer may connect third-party integrations or embed external content that has its own cookie practices. The customer is responsible for providing any additional notice and obtaining consent required for its Portal, integration, or embedded service.

5. International processing and rights

Google may process analytics information in multiple countries. Where required, transfer safeguards are described in our Privacy Policy. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, object, or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

6. Updates and contact

We update this policy when browser technologies or providers materially change. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to privacy@heybondi.com.
